Courageous

You may remember sweet Siena: I introduced you to her family more than seven months ago when I started documenting her journey as she battled ALL Leukemia. I met with them a few more times in between, and I’m realizing now I may not have shared those yet. This shoot was a little different, though. Her mama, Laura, and I talked about documenting the everyday of her diagnosis. A few days after that discussion, Anni and I met them at her treatment center and hung out for a little while. It’s so strange how something so difficult becomes everyday to a little girl. She knows all the nurses, the routine, and likes to help when she can. Even more than that, her mama is one tough woman. Not only was she sitting with her daughter through chemo… but she was 9 months pregnant at this point! (Baby number three is now six weeks old… yes, I’m definitely behind on blogging). Okay, enough with my babbling. If you skipped all of that, it’s okay, I really think these images say more than I ever could.

PS Miss Siena is now on maintenance! It’s a great step on her way to being done with this!

Megan - So touching…it’s kiddos like her that make me passionate about donating to charities like St. Jude’s and Children’s Medical Center.

CKFR - What a beautiful, brave girl!

Mini Accordion Albums

I’ve recently added some adorable items to my product line up. These mini accordion albums are some of my favorites! I’ve had several clients order them as stocking stuffers and gifts for moms, dads, grandmas and friends to carry in their purses or to sit on their desk. They pack a power punch in their petite 3×3″ package. My first little sample below is a sweet baby accordion.

They are a great way to show off a whole set of pictures at once and an easy way to include a little note if you want (below you can see that we included the baby’s name and birth info).

And we can’t forget one of the best parts… they hold together magnetically!

Here’s a great family example!

You really can’t help loving these sweet little books, plus they come with a great price tag! Contact me at voboril.photography@gmail.com if you have any questions!

The McAdam Family {Denver Family Photographer}

This family is brave.  The day wasn’t a warm one, but it wasn’t freezing until we stepped onto location.  At that moment, clouds covered the sun and the wind whipped up.  Despite the frigid temperatures, they worked their way through the shoot, wrapping up in quilts and scarves and cuddling close when it got too cold.  And somehow, this family managed to stay adorable and fun throughout.
