Two years ago, I shot this lovely couple’s wedding. It’s such a privilege to get to photograph their beautifully growing family as they celebrate their sweet Esme’s first birthday. She made us work for her smiles, but they were so worth it!
I love this family oh, so much! If you’ve been following me for awhile, several of these sweet faces will be very familiar to you. (Most recently for Miss Lucy’s one year photos!) I’m so grateful to have them as friends and as clients… and I’m pretty sure you can feel the family love in every single one of these photos. Enjoy!
Aw, poor, sweet, little Kolbe. He was tired and just as we walked into the park, the wind whipped up and turned a cool day into a downright cold one. Luckily, I had grabbed a cozy quilt my sister had made for my first-born and between that an some white noise on Daddy’s phone, he was able to settle in for just a few photos. It was a beautiful chance to see how gracefully Sarah and Doug have filled their parental roles… not that I had any doubt from the moment I met them that they would be amazing parents. We’re cousins of some sort, and they have loved and accepted us since the moment we met… I’m a lucky woman that my marriage brought me into such a wonderful family!
Last month, the lovely Jenny of Jenny Hanlon Photography took some some lovely family photos for us (we are ever so grateful for her and her talent)! I was recently able to return the favor and spent a beautiful fall evening with this adorable couple. Aren’t they just happy and wonderful?
Alrighty, I’m going to keep this short as I have a lot of work to get done before Christmas! However; let’s just say that this wonderful family must have days filled with both sweetness and sass with these three girls. I had such a blast shooting their photos!
