We were rained out of our first scheduled session and this time, well, it came pretty close. There was lightning as I drove into downtown and I crossed my fingers as I edged into a space that the sun would win this one. Luckily, we did manage a good jaunt through 16th St. Mall, checked out the chalk art in LoDo and made sure to get Union Station in the pictures despite the fact that it is closed for renovations. My favorite part of the whole shoot was hearing their stories about when they first met, when they “knew” and, especially that those red shoes she wore near the end were the shoes she was wearing when he pretended to propose before they were even dating.
